About ERAYNA SARGENT

Erayna Sargent found herself in a difficult situation in 2017, feeling overwhelmed and discovering that her hard work was no longer yielding the results she wanted. Her therapist recommended that she take time off to rest and recharge, but with a limited budget, she couldn't escape to a location like Bali. Instead, she had to find ways to manage her stress in the midst of everything else life was throwing at her.
