Oh heyyyy, Visionary! I’m Alex.
I want to take a moment to share a personal journey that has shaped the way I see entrepreneurship and the power of community. As a 3X entrepreneur, I've experienced both the highs and lows of building businesses from scratch. But there was a time when I felt lost and isolated on this journey.
Picture this: I was in countless rooms, pitching my ideas and fighting for a seat at the table. Yet, something was missing. There weren't many faces that looked like mine,
During the early days of my first two ventures, I often found myself battling loneliness. I worked tirelessly, pouring my heart and soul into my businesses. But even with all the hustle and determination, there were moments of doubt.
The "bros" around me would tell me to hustle harder, oblivious to the fact that I was already giving it my all. Well-meaning women would cheer me on, saying, "You can do it!" But what I really needed was guidance and access to the right people and resources to get it done.
I felt trapped, unable to express my vulnerabilities because it seemed like everyone else was crushing it. Little did I know that behind the facade of success, many others were silently suffering, just like me.
But then, I made a crucial decision. I realized that going at it alone wasn't the answer. I sought out the support I deserved from my community, and everything changed. With the encouragement and collaboration of like-minded individuals, I not only grew my company but soared past the $1 million mark.
I knew I had to create a space where others could find the same support and guidance. So, I built a community that I needed to grow as a founder - A place where we don’t fake it until we make it. Instead, we’re honest and proud about where we are today so we can get the support we deserve to realize our visions.
In this community, we come as we are and show up for ourselves and one another because THAT is where the magic truly happens. It's a safe space where we share real talk about the struggles and triumphs of growing a business, as well as, sharing the tangible ways we are growing to learn collectively from each other.
