About Jill Rothe

With an early diagnosis of endometriosis as a teenager, Jillian was told it was unlikely that she’d be able to have children, so she pivoted away from her plans of mothering and spent her 20s focusing on her career and traveling the world. While living in Singapore with her partner and working in a heavily male-dominated industry with extreme travel requirements, Jillian and her partner were given the blessing and surprise of getting pregnant.

But with that came a major problem: finding a way to store enough milk for her week-long business trips without the bags breaking in the freezer and going to waste. That was what sparked the development of the Freeze It Flat™. Jillian Rothe is the mom, engineer, founder, and lactivist behind MAMMaway. She founded MAMMaway in 2016 when she was busy working and traveling, but had limited freezer space and children to feed. She set out to find a way to store enough milk for her week-long business trips without the bags breaking in the freezer and going to waste, and that’s when she created Freeze It Flat™. 

She went from failure analysis to underwriting to sales, she has done it for all market segments. Jillian Rothe is now on a mission to reduce stress for breastfeeding moms everywhere to confidently store their breast milk. Jillian has a Mechanical Engineering and International Business Degree from Michigan Technological University and was named the Outstanding Young Alumni in 2014 for her early career success. She was featured in Impact Magazine in 2016 and went on to create the Breast Milk Storage Product of the Year in 2021. Today, she lives in Denver, Colorado with her partner and their three children.

Kristin created Gold Coast Doulas in May of 2015 with a public launch in October of 2015. Her business partner and her wanted to create a one-stop agency that served families from conception through the first year. They spent a lot of time planning. She would have launched earlier and corrected things later knowing what she knows now.

Kristin Revere has a passion for supporting other women. In college, Kristin served on the Executive Committee of her sorority and organized events on campus related to breast cancer and other women’s issues. She also supported nonpartisan political trainings for female candidates and volunteered for nonprofits focused on women’s issues.

About Geetha Ramaswamy:

Geetha has over 25 years of experience developing software and architecting platforms using various technologies working with enterprise, product, and data applications. In late 2019, the idea for TRaiCE was seeded by advisor, Jeo Kurian, who is in credit risk related to commercial lending. A graphic designer, business analyst, MBA, and "lazy" organizer, Elizabeth Hunt invented the DailyLens to be as easy as humanely possible. Starting with a ruler and pencil, sketching out dimensions and concepts, she doubled down and grew the company OptoOrg is today.

Fallon Keplinger: How She Was Featured at the NASDAQ Opening Bell While Reducing Stress with CBD Tea

✊ How she’s scaling impact:

In 2018 her mother suffered health issues that required a lot care. She was prescribed opiates and still in pain and worried about the side effects. Fallon was stressed working full-time as a special education teacher and being her caregiver. She knew that both of us needed a solution.

She started making CBD blended teas. She noticed she wasn’t as stressed and anxious, and her mother actually preferred the CBD tea to her prescription medication. She thought if this tea could help them, it could probably help a lot more people.
