In Partnership with New York City’s Economic Development Office, Women NYC and their Pivot to Growth initiative, we designed programming specifically for NYC-Based women entrepreneurs in successfully scaling businesses in Tech, Life Sciences & Green Economy.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Matching: We match mentors and founders within a Get Sh!t Done Growth Squad based on alignment.

  2. Growth Squad Collaboration: Mentoring is not just about the founders. Get Sh!t Done assembles growth squads, which consists of the founders and multiple mentors to support the founder, as well as, provide mentors with peer support.

  3. Commitment: If selected as a mentor, mentors must commit to mentoring every other week throughout a 7-week cohort.
